The Active Talent Management (ATM) Program is a comprehensive force development and management process for all FLANG officer and enlisted members. Its objective it to create a transparent, defendable, and repeatable process to develop and select leaders for higher level responsibility. These positions are open to all statuses, unless otherwise stated in the announcement.
